Tal is a seasoned entrepreneur and tech innovator who has built and scaled products and tech-enabled services trusted by elite organizations worldwide. In his last company, Tal worked closely with sports organizations such as the NBA and NFL to revolutionize how coaches and medical staff evaluate and manage athlete performance and health, through a combination of data, AI and carefully crafted workflows.
After a frustrating experience with a CPA firm missing a key tax form that resulted in a $10,000 fine, Tal decided to build in the tax space to help others avoid these costly mistakes.
He saw what clients already knew: the tax prep industry was outdated, reactive, and broken. At Thomas Tax Co., Tal leads the vision, strategy, and technology that make our service different—leveraging secure tools, strong vendor partnerships, and a proactive service model built for growth.
